* all sharing meetings are from 7:30 - 9:00 pm. 

 

We Need Volunteers!

 We have a booth booked at the Shopper’s Mall to promote TCF and our Christmas Candle Lighting, and to sell raffle tickets on Saturday, November 15th. 

 We NEED help getting all the promotional display, photo albums, tickets and of course, the quilt, to the mall  as well as people to man the booth.  We need a minimum of 8 people: 2 people at a time for 3 hour shifts.    

For example: 

9 am to 12 ______ & ______ *includes set-up

12 to 3 pm_______ & ______

3 to 6 pm ________& ______

6 to 9 pm ________&_______ *includes cleanup following.

 Raffle tickets available Nov. 1, to be drawn at the Candle Lighting Service being held December 14th at 6:30 PM at Central United Church.

 We’re still collecting  non perishable food items here in the office for Samaritan House Ministries in appreciation for their assistance in securing angels for this years Candle Light Memorial.

 We are also always collecting pennies for the United Way and their Pennies by the Pound Campaign on Thursday, October 24, & Friday, October 25.

Volunteer Opportunities...

 

We have many ways that volunteers are welcomed and needed.  From helping in our office, to selling hot dogs for an hour, to providing the dainties for our Sharing Meeting in memory of a loved one.  Please contact the office
